Ordering and files
You choose a service, set the scope and any add-ons, pay, and send me a link to your files. Once everything has reached me I get to work, and you receive the result as a download. The whole path is explained on the page "Process & payment".
By link: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer. What matters is that the link opens without an access request, otherwise I cannot start.
Once all files and details have reached me, not at the moment of purchase. The turnaround is stated with every service.
Write to me first, it costs nothing. Or book an initial consultation for 20 euros: we talk by phone, video or in the studio, and you leave knowing what you need.
No. Everything in the shop runs remotely. It makes no difference whether you live in Leipzig or on another continent, all you need is a file and an internet connection.
Both run as a video call of about an hour. You choose a time slot, and there is nothing to upload beforehand.
Prices and payment
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer in advance. You choose at checkout. Which methods appear can depend on your order.
All prices shown are final prices. VAT is not shown under Sec. 19 of the German VAT Act. The fees of the payment providers are on me. If a wish goes beyond what you booked, I tell you the price first and wait for your reply.
The payment is handled by the provider you choose. I never see your card or account details.
It arrives by email straight after payment. No files, no turnaround time. The person you give it to redeems it whenever they like.
Result and revisions
You get a message with a download link, in the agreed formats, usually WAV and MP3. No shipping, no shipping costs. A physical medium such as a CD only exists where a product explicitly offers it.
Every service states how many revision rounds are included in the price. If something is not right, I change it at no extra charge. Use them, that is what they are for.

Your rights
You have a statutory right of cancellation. For digital content it can expire early if you expressly agree that I may start before the cancellation period ends, and confirm that you lose the right by doing so. You give this confirmation yourself at checkout. The details are in the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions.
Studio appointments
No. The shop only offers services that run remotely. Sessions on site in the studio are requested without obligation, via the contact page, email, WhatsApp or phone. To reserve a date, a deposit is paid later.
