Payment methods

This information regarding payment methods applies to all orders and bookings via the Tonstudio Leipzig online shop. It supplements the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy. The regulations valid at the time of the order remain decisive for the respective contract.

The following payment methods are currently available in the online shop:

Your saved payment method will be charged after successful confirmation of the payment via PayPal. Once the payment has been received by PayPal, I will process your order.

With Klarna invoice payment, you will receive an invoice from Klarna with all relevant payment information after completing your order. Payment is made directly to Klarna, not to me. Klarna's terms and conditions apply, which are clearly displayed during the order process.

The availability of Klarna invoice payment may be affected by a credit check conducted by Klarna. If Klarna invoice payment is not available in your case, you can select an alternative payment method.

With Klarna instant bank transfer, you will be securely redirected to Klarna's payment page during the order process. There you can log in with your online banking details and authorize the transfer directly.

The payment will be announced to me immediately, so the order can usually be processed without delay. There are no additional costs for you by using instant bank transfer.

When paying in installments via Klarna, you can pay the order value in several partial payments. The exact terms and conditions, any applicable interest rates, and the amount of each installment will be displayed transparently during the ordering process.

A successful credit check by Klarna is required. If installment payments are not available in your case, you can choose an alternative payment method.

With Amazon Pay, you pay using the payment methods and address details stored in your Amazon account, without having to enter them again.

This requires an existing Amazon account. During checkout, you will be redirected to sign in to Amazon Pay and confirm the payment there.

The timing of your payment method's debit depends on the payment method you choose.

• For PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna instant bank transfer, the charge is usually applied immediately after successful confirmation of payment.
• With Klarna invoices, payment is made within the payment period specified by Klarna after receipt of the invoice.
• With Klarna installment payments, payment is made in several partial amounts according to the conditions displayed during the order process.

I will begin processing your order as soon as the payment has been successfully authorized, or in the case of Klarna invoice, as soon as the order has been confirmed.

All payment transactions in the online shop are transmitted via an encrypted connection. Your payment data is transmitted directly to the respective payment provider and processed securely by them. I do not directly collect or store complete credit card numbers, bank login details, or similar sensitive information.

The respective payment providers are subject to applicable legal security standards and operate according to industry-standard requirements for data security and fraud prevention.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This contains an overview of the services ordered, the total price, and the selected payment method.

An invoice will be provided to you where legally required. For Klarna payment methods, Klarna will provide the invoice or payment plan directly.

Should your payment fail, for example due to an incorrect entry, a rejected card or a failed credit check, you can usually select an alternative payment method directly during the ordering process.
