Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers unless it is excluded under statutory provisions or expires prematurely.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the special instructions in this cancellation policy also apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Fabian Günther, Bernhard Göring Straße 17, 04107 Leipzig, by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the sample cancellation form below. However, using this form is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel this contract, I will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, I will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay me a reasonable amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you inform me of your decision to withdraw, compared to the total scope of the service stipulated in the contract.

Many recording studio services are prepared individually for you or started immediately after your booking. These include, for example, recording preparation, session planning, audio editing, mixing, mastering, song production, voice recordings, podcast editing, and the provision of project-related audio files.

If you explicitly request that I begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal upon my full performance of the contract.

If the service begins during the cancellation period and the contract is cancelled before full performance, compensation may be owed for the value of the services already provided up to that point.

Digital content includes, for example, audio files, music files, voice recordings, exported mixes, master files, project exports, download files, or other content that is not provided on a physical data carrier.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if you have expressly agreed that I will begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the commencement of performance, and you have been provided with a corresponding contract confirmation.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded or expire prematurely according to legal regulations.

This applies in particular if a service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed before the start of the performance that I will begin performing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

For individually created or customized digital content, the legal regulations for digital content that is not provided on a physical data carrier also apply.
