This is how your order works in the shop.
Everything here is remote: no appointment, no travel. You choose a service, send me a link to your files, and receive the finished result as a download. Explained in one minute.
From your order to your files
Whether mixing, mastering or a song written for you: most orders in the shop follow the same path. Three services work differently, more on that below.
You set the scope and any add-ons yourself. The price updates as you choose, so the total is fixed before you buy. All prices shown are final prices.
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer. The only thing that matters is that the link opens without an access request, otherwise I cannot start.
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer in advance. You will find all options at checkout.
The turnaround time begins once all files and details have reached me, not at the moment of purchase. You will find the time for each service on its product page.
You receive a notification with a download link, in the agreed formats, usually WAV and MP3. No shipping, no shipping costs.
Three services work differently
Most orders follow the five steps above. These three do not, and it is better you know that before you buy.
You pick a date and a time instead of sending files. We talk, by phone, video or in the studio. This is the smallest way to start if you are unsure.
Both run as a video call of about an hour. Here too you choose a time slot, and there is nothing to upload beforehand.
Arrives by email straight after payment. No files, no turnaround time, nothing to wait for. The person you give it to redeems it whenever they like.

Pay with your PayPal balance, bank account or card.
Klarna
Pay later or in instalments, handled by Klarna.
Apple Pay
One tap on iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Google Pay
One tap with the cards stored in your Google account.
Amazon Pay
Pay with the details already stored at Amazon.
Bank transfer in advance
You receive my bank details and transfer the amount. Work starts once the money has arrived.
And what if it is not right?
The honest answer: you are protected five times over. None of this is goodwill on my part, it is either the law or written into my terms.
Every message reaches me personally, by WhatsApp, email or phone. No queue, no ticket number, no bot. If something is unclear, you sort it out with the person doing the work.
Unsure which service fits you, or whether your material is good enough? Write to me before you order. Better one question too many than an order that does not fit.
Every service states how many rounds are in the price. If something is not right, I change it, at no extra charge. Use them, that is what they are for.
If a wish goes beyond what you booked, I tell you the price first and wait for your reply. Nothing lands on your invoice that you did not agree to.

What is different from a studio session
Studio appointments on site are secured with a deposit. In the shop you pay the full amount right away, and there is nothing left to settle afterwards.
You do not have to travel anywhere and you are not bound to a date. Send your files whenever it suits you.
Because everything runs remotely, it makes no difference whether you live in Leipzig or on another continent. All you need is a file and an internet connection.
Delivery is a download link. A physical medium such as a CD only exists where a product explicitly offers it.
Cancellation and security
You have a statutory right of cancellation. For digital content it can expire early if you expressly agree that I may start before the cancellation period ends, and confirm that you are aware you lose that right by doing so. You give this confirmation yourself at checkout, nowhere else.
Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose. I never see your card or account details.
