Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

The ratings and recommendations mentioned on this website come from my public profiles on Google, Trustpilot, 11880, ProvenExpert, and Facebook. I do not collect ratings via any forms on this website.

The following overview shows how the information is distributed across the individual platforms. Each platform is directly linked, so you can read the original reviews there.

The collection and publication of reviews is handled by the respective platform, not by me. Anyone submitting a review does so directly on the platform and according to the rules of the respective provider.

Facebook technically uses recommendations, not star ratings. Therefore, I list these separately.

I do not personally verify whether the reviewers were actually customers of the recording studio. This verification is the responsibility of the respective platform and follows their procedures, over which I have no control.

I am accepting the information unchanged and will not reproduce it in a way that alters its meaning, shortens it, or summarizes it.

On this website, I present summarized figures and averages. The complete reviews, including critical and negative feedback, can be viewed on the linked profiles. I have no way to remove or hide reviews there.

If I quote individual reviews on this website, I will mark them as a selection and link to the respective profile with all reviews.

I don't pay for reviews. I also don't offer discounts, vouchers, free gifts, or any other benefits for submitting a review. After a session, I simply point out that feedback is possible, without any content requirements and without any compensation.

The figures and averages mentioned reflect the data as it appears above. Since new ratings are constantly being added, the actual values may differ. Where I round down, I do so to avoid overstating the figures.
